Cideon SAP Integration to Fusion offers seamless integration of CAD data from the Autodesk Fusion system into SAP. The interface allows you to connect engineering and logistics data to improve and accelerate your processes.

Integration Between Fusion and SAP

Today, the cloud is becoming increasingly important. Not only as a hosting option, but also in the software sector. Instead of locally installed CAD systems, many companies are already using cloud-based CAD subscription models. Autodesk Fusion is one of these cloud CAD systems.

To make engineering data such as documents, assemblies and parts usable for downstream processes, we have developed the Cideon SAP Integration to Fusion. It connects data from Fusion with SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud Edition, Private Cloud Edition or On Premise).

No local installation is required to use the integration. The easy-to-use interface lets you easily browse Cloud CAD structures via a navigation bar, listing objects layer by layer. From there, a single click takes you to the linked SAP objects.

Data Availability and Access Control

The Cideon SAP Integration to Fusion gives you live access to the CAD data in the web application. You can log in to the user interface via single sign-on, for example via Microsoft AAD or SAP S/4HANA login.

Neutral Formats

The SAP Fusion interface automatically generates and sends neutral formats to the SAP system, triggered manually or through defined Cloud CAD processes.

SAP Functions

The integration supports various SAP functions. These include the creation of SAP DIS and SAP change numbers (ECN). An SAP product (material) master can also be created via the interface. In addition, SAP Fusion Integration takes over the creation and updating of SAP bill of materials for Fusion assemblies.
